  • What You Will Learn: This training directly combats stigma and misinformation by teaching ethical reporting on mental health and suicide. We focus on responsible discourse, using person-first language, avoiding sensationalism, and responsibly amplifying stories of lived experience.

Community Mental Health Advocacy Bootcamp

  • Theme: Train the Trainer for Grassroots Change

  • Audience: Youth-led organizations, CSOs, faith-based groups, and community volunteers.

  • Duration: Two-three days (approx. 12-18 hours)

  • What You Will Learn: This "train-the-trainer" model empowers local leaders with practical skills. You will learn to understand the Mental Health Act (2021), run effective awareness campaigns, use digital platforms for advocacy, and leverage our mental health directory and helplines.

Mental Health Policy & Systems Implementation

  • Theme: From Paper to Practice

  • Audience: Government agencies, local health authorities, CSOs, and hospital administrators.

  • Duration: One-two days (approx. 6-12 hours)

  • What You Will Learn: This training bridges the gap between policy and practice. We provide a detailed analysis of the Mental Health Act (2021), focusing on practical steps for establishing rights and oversight committees, clarifying institutional roles, and building policy implementation roadmaps.

Mental Health in Crisis Response (PFA)

  • Theme: Psychosocial First Aid in Emergencies

  • Audience: NGOs, security personnel, IDP camp workers, and community first responders.

  • Duration: Two days (approx. 12 hours)

  • What You Will Learn: You will be equipped with the core principles of Psychological First Aid (PFA) to provide immediate, supportive help during crises. Topics include identifying signs of distress, using de-escalation techniques, and understanding appropriate referral pathways.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

  • Duration: Half-day to one day (approx. 4-8 hours)

  • What You Will Learn: This training helps reduce workplace stress and burnout. You will learn how to identify signs of distress in colleagues, create a supportive environment, and understand your responsibilities in fostering a mentally healthy culture.

Stress Management & Resilience Building

  • Theme: Building Your Personal Wellness Plan

  • Audience: Individuals from all walks of life, students, and professionals.

  • Duration: Half-day (approx. 4 hours)

  • What You Will Learn: This proactive training helps you build a structured framework for well-being. You will learn to identify personal stressors and triggers, create a personalized "wellness toolbox," and develop action plans to prevent stress from escalating.

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention

  • Theme: Immediate Action for Suicide Prevention

  • Audience: Students, teachers, parents, community leaders, HR professionals, and others.

  • Duration: One session (approx. 2 hours)

  • What You Will Learn: QPR is a concise, globally recognized protocol that teaches you how to act quickly and confidently in a suicide crisis. You will learn to Question someone about suicide, Persuade them to seek help, and Refer them to professional resources.
